This is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to move into a modern, clean, and friendly house in South London. This 17 by 8-foot room, offers a lot of bright living space with plenty of storage. As seen above, the kitchen is a bright social space with modern facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It has one well-sized utility room, an in-built cupboard for storage, and bi-folding doors that completely open out onto the well-sized garden.
The living room offers a generous amount of space that has been wonderfully decorated by my current flatmates. Additionally, in the hallway, there is the first toilet out of three on the property.
The landlord is incredibly friendly and helpful. On occasion, they will come around to fix anything we have found issues with. The other tenants are incredibly friendly and communicative. Ed works in design, Ben works in advertisement and Josh is a musician who works part-time at a Pizzeria. Leanna, Ed's partner is also around a majority of the time, she works in retail and design. They all enjoy film & TV, and music, and are all avid cyclists. They are seeking a clean, tidy flatmate who has similar values and interests to themselves.
The area itself is very friendly and safe. Specifically, our neighbours are very friendly and communicate with us via a WhatsApp group. It also offers safe, free parking along the road. It's a ten minute walk to Tulsa Hill station.
As said the rent is 750. The bills are usually roughly 100 on top of that. The lets until the 22nd of November but depending on circumstances could be available for another year until 2025 at the same rate. so you would secure this price until then, there is also a break clause come, this November 2024.
