Looking for a new housemate in a lovely 3 bedroom furnished Victorian terrace house in Loughborough junction.

The house has an open living room with a separate kitchen, back garden and living room containing TV and a wood-stove. All the rooms are clean with good amenities.

Lucy & I work during the week & are very easy going, we enjoy living in this house and would like someone similar.

Brixton is only 10-15 safe walk (or bus) with plenty to do plus there is a local Tesco & Co-op for an easy shop.

The local pub is great within 3 min walk (The Cambria) as local parks including Brockwell and Ruskin.

The area has great transport links with Brixton 10 min walk (5 min bus); Loughborough Junction 3 min walk; Herne Hill 10 min walk & Denmark Hill 10 min. Trains from Loughborough Junction get to Blackfriars in 8 mins, Farringdon in 15mins and Kentish Town in 22 mins. Night buses also regularly link to Shoreditch, Kentish town and Clapham Junction.
