Clean sunny double room available in quiet house

I live in a 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each has a toilet, wash basin and shower), 1 living room, 1 backyard/garden, free parking spaces house.

The house is located on a closed end residential neighbourhood. My neighbours on the left and the right are families. Lovely people and quiet area.

The house is 10 mins walk to a retail park where it has Mc Donalds, Sainsbury, Aldi, Zara, B&Q and few other businesses.

My partner and I have taken the master bedroom. Bedroom 1 is taken by a lovely young lady who spends most of the week at work.

Bedroom 2 is available for renting and it's East facing.

Main bathroom is located upstairs where mainly my partner and I use. It has toilet, wash basin and shower.

Downstairs bathroom is mainly used by the lady from Bedroom 1. It also has toilet, wash basin and shower. There is no committed bathroom to anyone and anyone can use any of the bathrooms however "respect", "hygiene" and "cleanliness" are super important.

The Kitchen is large and has a dining table with chairs. It is where the tenants can socialise, relax and chill.

The living room is taken by my partner and I and it is private (no access).

Bills and WiFi are included on the rent.

I consider short term tenants only (from 1 night to few weeks).
