I'm Zoe and I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into a double furnished room in a lovely quiet and peaceful fully double glazed large flat The flat is locates in a quiet residential area which is located off Leigham Court Road , Streatham Hill and Julian Farm Road West Norwood.

minute walk to West Norwood train station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge 20 mins away.

Clapham Junction 12 mins and Balham is only 2 stops where you can jump onto a tube for the Northern Line.
- Brixton tube (Victoria line) is 15 mins by bus and only 8 mins to Victoria, 12 mins to Oxford Circus.
- 10 minute bus journey to Crystal Palace .

- Plenty of night buses to/from both Streatham Hill and West Norwood

- Streatham High Road, which is a short walk away has plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, including 2 Marks and Spencer’s large Superdrug and a 24 hr Tesco, cinema and leisure centre and much more. I enjoy a relaxing peaceful environment at home, but I also love a night out and of course the odd glass of wine. It would be nice to have a new flat mate to share the odd glass of wine/meal with from time to time but I also respect personal space.
