Double room is available for rent in the 2-bedroom house-share with live-out landlords.

Landlords will spend 5-10 days in London every month and you will enjoy having a house to yourself for the rest of the month.

The house is located 10 minutes’ walk from Woolwich Arsenal station and Elizabeth line, it takes 15 minutes to travel to Central London by Elizabeth line. (SE28)

It’s a very cosy small house with a new kitchen and tidy nice bathroom and small garden to the rear. 1 parking space is available in front of the house.

There is a big wardrobe and the double bed in the room, however if you prefer to use your own furniture, you are welcome.

The room will be suitable for a couple or for a single occupancy.

Ideally we prefer to share the house with non-smokers, however it should not be a problem if you are happy to smoke outside.

We will be open minded to offer the room to the person with a small dog.
We speak English, Russian, Latvian.

The room fee £1000 includes the council tax and internet.
Water, electricity, gas – bills shared 50/50 with the landlord.
