The property is also fully licensed with the local authority (very important you check this is in place if you want to rent somewhere in the borough of Greenwich)

All bedrooms, furniture and En-Suites are new and also come with a luxury memory foam mattress, extensive new storage by way of large wardrobes, chests of drawers and under bed storage all included in the price. The floors between the rooms have also been soundproofed to help reduce any disruption from the rest of the house when you need that extra bit of peace and quiet. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the communal areas also included in the price so all you'll have to worry about is keeping your room clean, helping out with loading/unloading the dishwasher when required, taking the trash out, and tidying up after yourself.

There is a large open plan ground floor living area within the property that includes a brand new kitchen with all the mod cons including a dishwasher, as well as a dining area and a seating area for you to relax in.

Location wise - for transport, is superb.
Thames Clipper Pontoon - 8 min walk along the river, 1 stop from Greenwich and only a few stops from Canary Wharf.
Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Mainline - 15 min walk, only 2 stops from London City Airport and fast trains into London Bridge and Waterloo.

Also Woolwich Town centre is only 15 minutes walk so you have all the convenience of the amenities and shopping there, but the house is still in a very peaceful road with no through traffic and with parking directly outside available for those with a car.

All Bills are included - TV licence, Fibre Optic super fast Broadband, Water, Council Tax, Electricity and Gas.

You will not find better rooms with better facilities and to a higher finish in the Woolwich area!
