We are looking for a tenant for the master bedroom and second bedroom for a flat in Camberwell.

The flat is only severn years old and is a split level with three double bedrooms on the lower floor and the kitchen / dining / living area on the top floor. The flat and bedroom are fully furnished. The decor is pretty minimal and modern with wooden floors and leather sofas, glass dining room table and white lacquered kitchen upstairs. The bedrooms and lower floors are carpeted with dark wood wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed.

*All bills are included in the rent (Sky -including all the sports channels, wireless internet), water, and land line (not phone calls).

Council tax (£30 a month) is excluded along with electricity (£15-20 a month.

The flat itself is on the 4th floor and is set to the rear of an enclosed courtyard which is accessed off the main Camberwell Road. There is a bus stop directly outside the building with numerous buses stopping there heading to Waterloo, City and West End. The Elephant and Castle tube stop is about a 10 min walk or a few mins on the bus and the Northern and Bakerloo lines run from there. There is a place just over the road where there is space to park a car if you apply for a permit.

The existing housemate is easy going and friendly.

The flat will be available from Sunday 1st November and we will be wanting to fill the flat from then.
