Room in Peckham - quiet area, good transport links
Looking for a chilled and sociable female flatmate (Ideally in their 20s/early 30s) to move in to this 2 bed flat. Spacious double bedroom.
About myself- I am a junior doctor working in central London. I work shifts so ideally need a flatmate who does not mind me coming in from night shifts in the morning or when I finish late at night.
Pros:
-Situated in Linwood Close, very quiet and shielded from the noise of traffic/trains. The view out of the bedroom and living room windows is of a leafy green communal garden area.
-10 min walk from Peckham Rye station, 15 min walk from Denmark Hill station
-10 min walk from the centre of Peckham, with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and music venues.
- Close to both Ruskin park and Peckham Rye park
- Property managed by an agency who are pretty reasonable and will fix things that need to be fixed with no delay
Cons:
-Thin walls but does not personally disturb me but previous residents have managed with earplugs
-Bedrooms cold in winter- heated much better with own heater rather than radiator in room.
