I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly and tidy flatmate to share my flat which I've recently bought and moved into. Available from 08 May. It's comfortable, modern, and energy efficient (ground-source heat pump, underfloor heating, EPC B rating). Great location 10 minutes' walk from Oval tube and with plenty of bus connections. Lots of bike space inside the building.

About the room: The available room is spacious (3.65m x 3.25m) with a king-sized Ottoman bed and a large built-in wardrobe/shelving (see floor plan/pics). Plenty of space for a desk, especially if bed put against wall. Abundant plug sockets.

The communal spaces: The bathroom is shared with a bathtub/shower and plenty of storage. The kitchen/living room is light and airy, opening up onto a long wrap-around balcony. There's a washer/tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

About me: I'm into nature & the outdoors, languages, spending time with friends and I'm a keen amateur musician. As for work, I generally work from the office Mon-Fri so will only occasionally need to use the communal spaces to WFH. It's really important for me to have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home – you're very welcome to have friends over for dinner parties, family over to stay etc., though let's always discuss before e. g. throwing any big house parties.

Couples also accepted for PCM rent of £980.
