Lovely quiet flat with cat

Hey - I'm looking for a new flatmate to join a 2 bed flat in Camberwell area (between Brixton and Peckham). Available from end of August.

You’ll be joining me and Mario the cat, as my lovely international flat mates move back. A lovely quiet open plan flat with it's own living separate living room. LGBTQ friendly and drama - free (at least me, I can't guarantee cat antics).

Bedroom is spacious, fully furnished with a super large bed. All appliances are recently replaced and we even have a dishwasher!

Super easy transport connections. A 10 minute walk away from King's College Hospital. 10 min bus into Brixton and super short direct train routes to Victoria / Elephant & Castle / London Bridge / St Pancras.
There's also plenty of on/off street car parking and bike racks.

Beautiful area surrounded by numerous green areas including Ruskin and Brockwell parks.
