A comfortable double room is available for Monday to Friday rental or short term (up to 6 months @ £600 pcm) in an attractive Victorian terraced house. There is also a shared living room and small, sunny garden. The house is located on a pleasant road in Charlton Slopes area, with free on street parking and storage for a bicycle. Charlton Rail station is a 7 minute walk: London Bridge - 15 mins, Waterloo - 18mins, Charing Cross - 20 mins. Bus to North Greenwich station, Jubilee line - 10 mins: Canary Wharf, Stratford East.

The house is close to shops, cinemas and green spaces: including Greenwich Park and Oxleas Woods. Blackheath, Greenwich and the O2 Arena, with great bars and restaurants, are just down the road.

I'd like to share my house with a sociable female who works in London during the week, but whose main home is elsewhere and wants a clean, comfortable space to relax in, after a hard day at work. When I'm around I'm very happy to chat and share a glass of wine.
