I have a large double room available in a spacious house with a conservatory, patio and garden to the back and private driveway with parking space for 2 cars to the front.

In total the house is made up of a spacious living room with fireplace, Kitchen diner with a separate pantry area for extra storage, conservatory leading to the patio and garden, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 bedrooms and a study which also has a double sofa bed in it.

The room available for rent comes with a double bed (with matress), wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, bedside table and desk.

All rooms are fitted with both electric radiators and Air-conditioners and the property is fully furnished and has CCTV and burglar alarms installed for security.

The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and so is fairly quiet during the day but is close to lots of amenities. It's just 5 minutes walk from both Kidbrooke and Eltham stations with trains to London Bridge (15 minutes), Victoria (25 minutes) and Charing Cross (30 minutes) or a 15 minute bus ride to North Greenwich Tube station (Jubilee Line) or Woolwich station (Elizabeth line). There is a co-op, post office and off-licence within 2 minutes walking distance and the Charlton Riverside retail park (Ikea, Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Lidl, Dunelm, Asda, Boots etc.) is less than 10 minutes drive away.

I'm a relaxed person and am hoping for someone similar to live with. I am flexible on age and occupation (employed, student etc. I don't really mind) I just hope to find someone who wants to live in a laid-back house with house drinks every so often and barbecues in the summer.

No couples please, and pets are allowed, ideally for long-term letting!
