It is a friendly, clean, quiet tidy house share with a lovely double room over looking a well maintained garden.
The room has a double bed, lots of storage space and high speed wireless internet.
Its conveniently located within walking distance to Elmstead Woods train station, which has trains to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross. There is also many bus routes, to Eltham, Mottingham, chislehurst and North Greenwich.
Ideally we would prefer to share with a professional female 25-45. The room is available from the 1st October.
