Bright double room SW11

Female flatmate only.

Double bedroom , shared bathroom with one other.
NO LIVING ROOM , large kitchen with dining table.
Space for a small desk if working from home.

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian conversion and the room is at the back side of the flat.

Bills come to around £100-150 (gas, electric, council tax, wifi, water) we are in the Wandsworth borough so we have cheap council tax!

Clapham Common is at the end of the street and in equal walking distance from both Clapham junction and Clapham Common. Bus stops at both ends of the street.

Sadly our current flatmate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend so we must fill the room ASAP! The ideal move in date is 25th May - 1st June. Rent is due on the first of every month.

Great landlord who is chilled and will have the move in process done quickly!
The contract is for another year but we usually can extend this as done previously.

We have a new boiler installed a few months ago with a new heating system and the flat hallways and kitchen will be painted over the summer too.

Myself and Hazel have lived in the flat for almost 3 and a half years and have made the flat home! Looking for someone with the same mindset 😊 We love to do things together but also very much so have our own lives too and respect each others space.

We are both professionals one in the city and the other in the health and leisure sector. We won’t be accepting any students. Must be working full time!
