Are you looking to join a friendly professional South West London flatshare which is managed directly by the owner and is inclusive of all bills? This flat used to be my home and is spacious, modern and clean with four bedrooms laid out across three levels in an attractive Victorian semi-detached property.

It’s located on a smart residential road near to Gleneagle road and is just over 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec Common. Streatham overground Station (commutes to London Bridge are 20 minutes by train, Blackfriars is 20 minutes) is just 5 minutes walk away, and. its 8 minutes walk to Streatham Common Station (London Victoria is 18 minutes by train) and around 20 minutes walk (or a 5 minute bus ride) from Tooting Bec Northern Line station.

The road itself is peaceful and perfectly located for runners (Tooting Bec common close by) and within easy reach of shops, bars (a hidden Gem, The Earl Ferrers Pub is just around the corner) and the Streatham leisure centre, hub and Tesco shopping complex..

The flat has all amenities including unlimited Wi-fi broadband; Free evening & Weekend landline calls, Virgin Digital TV and set-top recordable box with communal flat screen TV / Integrated DVD player in the living room, entrance hall for bicycle storage, permit-free on road parking, as well as a completely refurbished bathroom downstairs, with another recently re-tiled shower-room upstairs.

As a former live-in landlord, I look after all the bills and council tax etc, meaning absolutely no administration for any the flatmates who live there. You just pay a single price each month.

There is a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is bright and airy, thanks to the large bay window, creating a convivial social space in the flat.

The room available for rent is a peaceful double room and is a tranquil space at the rear of the house. It is next to a newly installed shower-room & WC which is shared with one flatmate in the second floor bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The current flatmates are two females and one male aged between 29-35, working in Teaching, Digital Media and Research. We are looking for a professional flatmate preferably aged around 25 – 45 years old. We are a laid back lot, and occasionally enjoy a drink together in the evenings, sometimes going to the pub (when they reopen!), but all have our own independent lives and friends. Our downstairs neighbour in the ground floor flat has lived at the property for nearly 15 years and is a friendly and helpful guy.

Rent is £675pcm, which includes everything (Gas, Water, Electricity, TV, Council Tax, Wifi, Free Evening & weekend landline Phone, Digital TV, Landlord Maintenance contract). I deal with all maintenance issues personally using a network of trusted tradesman who have provided their services at the flat over the last 15 years. There is also an emergency landlord policy which ensures that the boiler, electrics and plumbing / drainage will be repaired by British Gas for free 24/7.
