Lovely double bedroom in Wimbledon

Hello! After 4 years I will be sadly leaving my double bedroom in this beautiful, cozy house.
I am looking for someone to take over from around the 6th/7th of June however I am flexible with the date (until mid June). There are 4 bedrooms in the house, you'd be sharing with 3 other great tenants!

Raquel (37) works in supply chain, full of energy, likes to stay active🏃🏻‍♀️, always up for dancing and loves cheese& chorizo nights 👌

Will (28) civil servant, loves to cook 😋, be social as a house and hang out with friends. Has a whole list of restaurants and bars to try in London. Currently training for a number of races 🏃🏼 he will complain the next days about his legs.

Adriane (31) costume maker, always up for a drink (bonus point if it’s wine), loves going to see movies and theatre plays 🎭.

There is a nice and homely atmosphere in the house.
All of us enjoy a glass of wine, catching up after work, enjoying the garden (sun bathing, bbq, working out...) but we also like to have our own personal time and see friends outside.

THE ROOM:
The room is perfect for working from home, south facing with big windows so you would get a lot of sun during the day.

There's plenty of storge as there are two big wardrobes. It comes unfurnished, but I am ideally looking for someone that wants to keep the existing furniture or at least big part of it: desk, chest of drawers, shelve unit, bed with full storage underneath, mattress, bed site table, ottoman with storage (we can discuss the price).

Near sainburys, Lidl, morrisons and tesco (also a bit further big waitrose)
Many Restaurants and pubs around (old frizzle, a weatherspoon, etc under 10 min walk) but also very safe area
Wide variety of gyms around

- 10 min walk from Wimbledon station (District Line and trains to Waterloo)
- 15 min walk from South Wimbledon (Northern Line),
- 5 min walk from Haydons Road station (30 min to City Thameslink, Farrington)

We are all very respectful and clean.

THE PRICE:
Rent - 700 per month
Bills: usually just under 150 per month (includes: energy, internet, council tax, water, TV and a cleaner twice a month)
Deposit: 663
+£25 for change of tenancy agreement (this is £50 total but happy to share between myself and the new tenant)
