I will be working away a lot in the next 1 year (maybe more), so decided to make my flat available.
It is a super clean and practical space for a couple or single person.
Sunny, bright living room, with a semi-separated kitchen, good size bedroom and bathroom, multiple cupboards, and a small balcony overlooking the shared garden.
15min walk to Brixton, Tulse Hill, or Streatham Hill, multiple buses 3mins walk away.
Quiet cul-de-sac, with free parking.
I require a tidy, clean, respectful, quiet person/people as tenants.
Happy to consider any arrangements (Mon-Fri only, part-furnished, pets etc) and reflect in the price.
