Double furnished room in flat close to portobello

Hi
We have a good sized room coming up in a safe and secure flat near to portobello road.
Very close to market but still a nice quiet position.
The place has all facilities to provide a comfy home incl wi-fi.
There is a shared lounge with cable TV etc
We are looking for someone fairly quiet and relaxed, as we are.
Definitely not a party flat but somewhere that is safe, secure allowing a hassle free environment.
In the past the room has been successful for both mature minded students and working professionals.

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage
The room has a quiet outlook(not onto a road)
The flat is very convenient for all transport/local shops etc
We do have a small lovable dog in residence so you’d have to be ok with that but no pet smells or anything like that
We don't encourage smokers but we do have a balcony where smoking is allowed.
There isn't really room to store bikes at the flat due to fire regs (unless its in your room) but there are plenty of secure locking points very close.
For the right person the deposit is negotiable
We are 1 male and 1 female and are experienced sharers we have no preference on ages etc- were just looking for someone who shares the same outlook as we do when it comes to sharing a home. We lead busy lives as most do but do try to share a meal/drink etc as and when we can.
Our interests are varied - art/ theatre etc
In the present circumstances happy to meet and give a tour on FaceTime or equivalent if that suits you
