The area: flat is right next to Westbourne Park Tube (Zone 2, Hammersmith & City line and Circle line). Notting Hill tube is a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes by (very regular) bus. There is a Tesco 3-4 minutes away (walking). The area is amazing: lively, safe and with loads of great pubs, bars, clubs and every type of food imaginable.

The room: the room is a large double room and includes a double bed, free-standing wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The room is available immediately (from 27th February).

The flat: the flat has 3 rooms. It is a first/second floor flat, split over two levels with a large living room on the bottom level. Kitchen includes washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all other kitchen stuff. Living/dining room with two couches, large TV with Sky (with all channels) and DVD, and wireless internet. One small toilet with sink and one bathroom with toilet, shower and large tub.

Me: I am looking after the flat for my friend who is currently travelling / working abroad. I am a 32yr old male. I am easy going and sociable and find that I get on well with most people. I am looking for someone who is easy going and sociable.

Room is £185 per week (£200 for a couple), plus £80 per month for all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, flat service fee, internet, sky). We also pay for a cleaner to come every week (£8 each).
