Double Room in W12

Hey everyone!🥰

Our flatmate is sadly moving out so we currently have a room available for move in end of July in Hammersmith/ Ravenscourt Park area.

The room is currently £825 excluding bills which come to about £100 a month including bills/ council tax. The move in date will be end of July and we will be signing a 1 year contract.

You’ll be living with Steph, who works in PR, Bells, who works in marketing and Natalie, who’s a primary school teacher. We love going out/ exploring but equally love a chilled night in and respectful of each others spaces. We are looking for someone similar who will also become friends rather than just a flatmate!

The closest tube station is either Goldhawk Road or Ravenscourt Park (both about 15 mins walk) or it’s a 20/25 minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush/ westfield or Hammersmith. We also have bus links from the end of our road that take you directly into central.
