I am looking for someone to replace my contract. It is a Double Room with en-suite available in a shared house in West London (W13).

The rent is £1,050 per month. All bills are included without extra cost. Ideally, you could move in on 29th of February or by the end of month (date negotiable), the current contract runs until 29th August 2024 with option to extend.

The house is situated in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk away from West Ealing train station and around 15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway and Northfields underground station. Only 2 mins walk to Waitrose supermarket and Uxbridge Road. The Elizabeth Line from West Ealing gets you to Paddington or Heathrow airport within 20 minutes, Ealing Broadway in 1 minute.

There are many bars, shops, parks and restaurants in walking distance of the property.
