Rent: 850 a month exclusive; our maximum bill for the last year was £125 a month each. This is annual average so in summer it is much less.

Deposit: 5 weeks rent (registered with DPS=deposit protection scheme).
Date available: 24th April, 2024 and we can be flexible few days so you can move in on Sat 20th April.

Room 2 - Cosy and bright single room.

Single room:

Maximum bill for the last year was £125 a month each.

You will have a small, but very cosy room with built-in wardrobe , computer table, chair and a bed (but a small double fits in comfortably too, should you wish to change it), creamy carpet and matching curtains.

The flat is in excellent good condition and has neutral decor. It has a big kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine. The bathroom has a bath tub and a high power shower.

We have an extra small spare box room, where our friends stayed occasionally for a night. We are using it as a study or a storage space based on our needs and agreement. We have a large garden, which we learnt to appreciate more and enjoying it greatly in summer. It is also good for storing bicycles.

There will be 3 people in total living in the flat.

We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in our lovely, clean, bright, quiet and pleasant flat.

This is a three bedroom 1st floor flat in a lovely Victorian red bricks house with a huge garden.

The flat is in an excellent location for public transport; Stamford Brook and Turnham Green Tube Stations, both a 5-10 minute walk; Shepherd's Bush Central line and buses 94, 207, 266, 272, 260. We are very close to Chiswick High Road and two lovely parks (Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park).
The flat was originally unfurnished, but we now fully furnished it so you don't need anything ,but can bring your own pieces of furniture if you wish.

We are looking for an easy going, clean and tidy professional, who likes to mix from time to time and is also respectful of each other privacy. This is strictly a non-smoking flat.

We have an unlimited, high speed , optic Virgin Media broadband so working from home was and still is straight forward.
