An unfurnished double room in a first floor Zone 2 flat, available from the end May.

It has a south facing window so it gets plenty of natural light. It comes with a bed frame and a small bedside chest of drawers.

The property is a two minute walk away from the Queen’s Park Station with great links to central London via the Bakerloo Line and Euston Overground Line. We have Brondesbury Park station just up the road with the Overground Line to Stratford and Clapham Junction. There are also bus stops right outside the flat that go into central London and to Westfield (Shepherd’s Bush.)

Current tenants are a couple, two males (Caleb, 24 & Jake, 25) who work in educational settings. We’re looking for someone who can feel at ease in the flat with us and that we can get along with.

Jake’s a youth worker in Islington who enjoys being active and getting outdoors, as well as exploring different areas and generally being out and about.

Caleb is a primary school teacher in Ladbroke Grove who enjoys theatre, music and going on walks.

We are a quiet household but friendly! We think it would be nice to be able to co exist together with ease (and not have to awkwardly wait for each other to be finished in the kitchen!) We are looking for a chilled, friendly, clean and considerate person who will make a nice addition to our flat. We’d share the housework and all chip in for communal items such as toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products etc…

The balcony/terrace is accessible through our bedroom and we have no problem with you using it, just knock before you come in to save us all a fright! It’s gorgeous in summer as it gets the best part of a sunny day (which is a rare find in London.)

There’s an M&S Food hall across the road, a small Sainsbury’s and a Coop all within a 10 minute walk. There’s a larger Sainsbury’s a 20 minute walk away, accessible by local busses. There’s also an Aldi and Iceland 15 minutes away on Kilburn High Road.

The living room and kitchen is open plan and shared with the current flatmates. The kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine that were provided by the landlord. Other amenities such as air fryer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are ours so don’t worry about bringing your own!

The flat is close to Portobello Road market and Grand Union Canal which is amazing to walk along on a nice day.

Rent is paid on the 9th of every month (£600)
Council Tax Band: C (£25/month each)
Other bills come to around £80 a month each including WiFi.
