Up for grabs is a spacious bright double story room, with built in internal staircase to the top level. It has a huge tall window which faces the Sun paired with the extra high alcoves in the ceiling. It is furnished with a 4door wardrobe and a staggered bookcase upstairs to utilise storage space in the mezzanine floor😎 you would need your own mattress however we have a few options for a temporary bed🛌🏻

Rent is £600🤩 & our bills are currently very low as we don't use much with our schedules, Atm less than £80pcm each/ variable on usage. You would need to be a F/T professional and go through a quick approval/ referencing process by our property manager. Unfortunately the flat isn't suitable for WFH, also no pets or smoking as per our lease.
Move in date is 1st June, with a 12month lease but anyone can leave anytime with a replacement (£50tenant name change fee)

We are both friendly, light hearted, f/t professionals in our 30's and keep busy with work/gym/social/travel, the flat is very quiet perfect for anyone wanting a serene clean place to relax.
