2 rooms available in a stunning 3-bedroom terraced house in Clerkenwell, Islington. In a beautiful residential area very close to the tube stations Angel, Kings Cross, and Farringdon (15 minutes) and a 20-minute walk from UCL main campus.

The flat is cosy and charming, with a bright kitchen, a living room, and two toilets. The two available rooms have different sizes; thus, as previous tenants, we split the deposit equally but divided the rent according to room sizes: £300 per week for the small room (which comes furnished) and £350 for the bigger room (which comes unfurnished). We propose the same for new flatmates coming in.
