I have double room in a lovely two-bedroom flat located Hackney. The flat is spacious, bright, airy and clutter free. It’s in a great location with excellent amenities, including a balcony with stunning views, a concierge service, and an on-site gym.

The room will be available from the week commencing June 17th June. You'll need to provide thorough references from previous landlords and proof of work/ income.

The flat is just a 15-minute walk from Homerton Overground station, making it convenient for commuting, and also has excellent bus links with the 242 right outside the gates, connecting you to the rest of London.

I am 32, work in healthcare, enjoy travelling, reading, eating, yoga, the pub, I get along with everyone and anyone and enjoy spending time in the communal areas as well as my room.

As for the flatmate, I am seeking someone who preferably does not work from as I work from home full time, someone who is friendly, sociable, and enjoys spending time in the living room , but also appreciates their own space, would be a great. Oooo and genuinely clean because I am and enjoy living in a clean space.
