Double room with garden view in Lower Clapton

Bright double room with a garden view and high ceilings in a sociable household in Lower Clapton available from the 22nd of May ☀️

We're looking for a new, friendly housemate. We've had a really nice dynamic in the house and are looking for someone who enjoys hanging out as a household, meeting new people and a quarterly house party. We also have two blow-up dinghies which we want to sail down the canal in this summer 🍹

The house has a living room and a nice big kitchen. It has one bathroom with a bathtub. There's a cute garden as well where many of the neighbours' cats come to hang out! 🐈

The room is free from the end of May, with some flexibility. The room is being repainted white so it will look nice and fresh when you move in.

Bills are shared and organised between the house mates, approx £100/month. We're in council tax band D.
