Large Double Bedroom in Maida Vale

We are currently looking for someone to renew with us for our lovely spacious flat in Maida Vale. Great location with Maida Vale Tube station (Bakerloo line) only 5 mins walk and St John’s Wood (Jubilee line) 10 mins walk away.

The room has its own bathroom only a few steps down the hallway with toilet/sink and there is another shared bathroom upstairs with a shower/toilet/sink. The third bedroom has an ensuite so you would only share the upstairs bathroom with one of the other girls.

The room is unfurnished so you will need to supply your own bed etc. The previous flatmate might be able to sell hers to you but this is TBC. There is additional storage in a large cupboard in the hallway.

We have a spacious kitchen/
living room and there is a balcony outside which is perfect for summer!

About us: we are two 27 yr old females, one welsh and one kiwi, both working in marketing. We like to go for a dinner/drink as a flat but equally happy to do our own things as well so we’d like someone similar (however we are not a party house).

Rent/bills/logistics: Rent is £900 PCM + bills which usually come to around £100 PCM - additionally the deposit is £1028.333. Move in date is approx 27th June.
