Double room available in a 2 bed females only flat

Living room

One room is available in my 2 bedroom flat as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of June. The room is available from 1st July (tentatively). The move in date can be discussed further.

The flat comes with a shared living room, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with a washing machine, and a balcony which is big enough for two.

I let directly from the landlord and have been living in this flat for almost 2 years. I really love the flat as well as living in Maida Vale.

The apartment building is gated and very safe. The high street is 5 mins away and has everything you could possibly need - gyms, grocery shops, cafés, salons, boots, etc. Both Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube station are 5-7 mins walk from the flat, and there are multiple bus stops 2-3 mins away.

The bills come up to £115/month per person but this might increase slightly as the contracts are renewed.

I work in Climate Change Consulting as a Senior Analyst and my work is hybrid. Although, I end up going in 3-4 times a week.

My current flatmate and I are really good friends and often spend time together making dinners, watching movies and used to go to the gym together too sometimes. I am hoping to find someone to move into the flat who’d like to be friends and do things together sometimes.

I play football on Saturdays, do pottery courses from time to time, read and travel when I can!
