We are looking for a 3rd to join us in our newly rented flat. Great area right near Maida Vale tube, Paddington Recreation Ground and Warwick Avenue.
The flat has 3 double bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen and communal gardens.
We are Aaron and Claire, both Australian professionals who have been living in London for a little while now (Aaron - 1 year, Claire - 4 years). Like to think we're relatively relaxed, out and about on the weekend with the odd drink during the week but tend to keep it low key. Looking for someone similar minded!
