Subletting Lovely Room For Summer

We are subletting this lovely room in our 4 bedroom flat for summer. Your housemates are going to be two girls and one guy, and we are preferably looking for another girl to join us. We are LGBTQ+ friendly household and we have a little kitty, so we want someone that will be comfortable with that. Overall we are looking for someone easy going, clean, organised and respectful as we are all working professionals. The perks are:
- 12 minutes walk away from Mile End Station, overall great transport links with many bus routes stopping just outside the flat
- The closest big supermarket (Lidl) is 15 mins away on the bus, but there is a lovely green grocer just across the street from us and a Co-op by the station
- Cute coffee shops and pubs around
- A 10min walk away from Victoria Park
- A big, sunny and furnished double room
- We have a bathroom and also a separate toilet, so no need to be waiting for someone to use to toilet
- Kitchen with all the fixings you might need

The rent is £650 per month + bills (which are usually around £100 a month).

All the things that are currently in the room (apart from the furniture) will be removed as one of our flatmates is currently moving out, so you will have plenty of storage space :)
