Sadly moving out of this lovely flat and looking for someone to replace me once the contract renews. The flat is a four-bed with a separate living room, huge kitchen with a pantry attached, one bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs. It's rare to get landlords that are decent in London but after living here a year and a half I can say our landlord has been super on it with anything we've needed and any repairs which is really nice too. The double bedroom itself is huge with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and side table (desk and chair are my own so won't be included).

Re. other flatmates you'll be living with a 4th person who we're currently also looking for, Ellie (26 - works in communications) and Eliza (26 - works in a university) who are both super lovely ❤️ As a flat, we're social and enjoy catching up after work and having the occasional cheese and wine night but we're also very respectful of each others space and need for alone time. In terms of who we're looking for we'd love:

💃 Another female working professional, for referencing reasons we need someone who earns upwards of £25k+
💃 Between 23-29 years old
💃 Someone who's lived in a flat share before so is mindful of cleanliness in shared spaces and is on it with cleaning weekly plus is prompt with paying any bills and rent.
💃 Someone who's looking for a more homey vibe in their flatshare rather than just renting the room.
