Mile end houseshare

We have a room available in our house move in first week of June- Tredegar Square Mile end.

Our house is less than 5 minutes walk from Mile End station so it is brilliantly connected on the Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines and within walking distance to Bow Road and Bow Church.

It's also a short distance from Victoria Park and there are loads of great pubs and bars within a few hundred yards, as well as various coffee shops and two supermarkets within 5-10 mins walk.

Our housemate that is leaving bought the furniture in the room so there are three drawers, two wardrobes/storage things for clothes, bed, mattress which he would be willing to sell for £175 OBO.
Our landlord also mentioned that he would be able to provide a bed if this is preferred. The rent price includes all bills and a cleaner that comes each week.

You’ll be sharing the house with Jon, Aiden, Harriet, Sorcha and Abbie- all working professionals aged between 25 and 29. We're preferably looking for a boy to keep the 3 girls and 3 guys split in the house but if you think you're a good fit we're open to all. We're all friendly people and often socialise together outside the house. We're looking for someone like-minded.
