Hi, I am a graduating student looking to transfer my tenancy for summer. The tenancy ends on the 15th of September, and ideally i would need somebody who is ready to move in by the 15th of June.

This accommodation is shared with four other students, and is a female preferred flat. The kitchen is shared, and you will also be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

The room is a double room that comes with a double bed, storage underneath the bed and additional cupboard space. There is a desk and a chair for studying, and a mini fridge underneath the cupboard.

Sainsbury’s is right downstairs, and Queen Mary Univeristy is opposite that, with Mile End station only a five minute walk away. There is access to other shops like Co-Op and plenty of restaurants around.

There is also a £202 processing fee to be paid to cover the contract writing, deposit handling, and professional cleaning services. The security deposit is £300, which is refunded at the end.
