A big bedroom is available in our lovely 3 bedroom flat. The room is fully furnished, big enough to work from home and will have a carpet. The move in date is the 12th of June.

The flat is spacious, with beautiful view from the living room, basement storage and strong water pressure. It is located in the heart of Muswell Hill, around 10 min away by bus from Highgate tube station.
Muswell Hill is a safe and green area with Alexandra Park 10 min away from us and 20 min away from Highgate woods.
We are 32 and 33 years old professionals. Kristina likes going for walks and watching films, Seb likes musis and playing his guitar. We're friendly but also respect people's privacy. We're looking for people who are clean, tidy, chill and who will treat this place as their home.

The bills are 200 pounds per month. Indoor cats are allowed, but unfortunately no dogs. Once in a while the local cat pays us a visit. :)
