Double Room in a Light Airy Flat

This is a 2 bed flat in the centre of Muswell Hill. The flat is small but pleasant and on the 2nd floor, so 2 flights of stairs.
The bedroom is a double room and the living area is combined kitchen dining living space.
The Broadway is busy with shops, cafes, restaurants in abundance.
5 minute bus ride to Highgate Station on the Northern Line.
I am a mature, single working woman and planning an extended trip to the US in Jan. So from Jan to May, the guest will have the flat to themselves for some of the time.
This is why it could suit a couple, as well as a single renter, as a lot of the time I will be away. I need a commitment though for a minimum of 5/6 months.
