This isn't a flat share. It's a quiet, fully furnished clean, private, light, good sized, self contained, warm room with a single bed on the first floor (top floor) of my house in central Muswell Hill.
There is a mini kitchen in the room suitable for 'light' cooking. You have your own lovely private toilet/bathroom with shower next to your room.

There's a large built in cupboard with shelves and a built in wardrobe to hang clothes.

The room looks over the back garden which is green and full of trees. I live in the main part of the house. You'll share the front door, stairs and hallway with me but your accommodation is private.

The room size is approx 16 feet by 11 feet.

I'm looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, clean and tidy, who is out at work during the day and who conducts their social life out of the house. The only dramas I like are on tv so if you’re a chaotic, messy person then this place isn’t for you. Someone who’s clean and respectful and considerate is a must. Please don’t reply to this otherwise.

This is a lovely home for the right person.

There is no use of the washing machine but there is a lovely launderette over the road. One minute walk.
I have two small friendly dogs.

The Everyman Cinema, lots of cafes, shops, parks, supermarkets, bus stops etc are practically on the doorstep and Highgate Station and East Finchly Station is a 15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. The bus stop is a few metres away.
