You'll be sharing the flat with one other girl, Niamh, who is 24 and works in events. She’s from Newcastle and loves Greggs, leopard print and the odd trip to the pub. We are looking for a female housemate, sociable, laid-back and tidy to replace me as I’m moving abroad.

Really easy to get around London. We're a 12 min walk to New Cross Gate or Queen’s Road Peckham (direct trains to London Bridge, Dalston Junction, Shoreditch, Clapham Junction etc.) and the bus stop is a 5 min walk away (gets you to Waterloo/Shoreditch/Dalston etc). Aldi is v close as is Tesco and Sainsburys. We are walking distance to both New Cross and Peckham high streets so lots of bars, restaurants, pubs and shops.
