We have adouble bedroom available in our lovely flat in New Cross (SE14).
Move in date: 1st July * this is a Fixed Move in date

Rent: £900 per month
Deposit: 834.00
Bills: £120 per month approx (lower going into summer)

Amazing double room with floor to ceiling double glazed windows and underfloor heating across the whole apartment.
Included in the double bed with small cost for mattress and bed frame in good condition.

A modern open plan kitchen as well as a balcony, great for the summer time.
You would be moving in with me (30 from up north) and Tia (26 from Birmingham) as our flatmate Tino is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

We are looking for someone who is sociable, clean but also someone who is looking for a home. Must be a working professional so unfortunately no students, sorry !

You’d be sharing a large bathroom with just me as Tia has an en-suite.

The building is managed by UNCLE and all the moving process/ maintenance is managed by them and they’re sooo good and really nice!!
