A lovely double room in a spacious flat - 3 months

Hi,

We have a lovely double room available in our house in New Cross for 3 months. Our current flatmate is moving in with his partner so we need someone to fill the room for three months, when our contract is over. Unfortunately the landlord wants to sell so we can't stay!!

You would be living with myself (26) and Tom (30). Tom is a musical director for a theatre production company. I work full time temping in media and pr agencies at the moment but I am also in the musical theatre industry. We would like to live with a like minded person, someone who has a creative job or a passion for theatre. Even though this is a short let, we really want to keep the house a home and get on with the person who moves in.

We both have our own lives but when we are in we like to socialise together, either cooking, shopping or going for a few drinks.

As standard, we want the new flatmate to be clean and considerate of the communal areas!
