Double En-suite Bedroom in North Finchley

Hello there potential roommate!

My name is Sakshi and I’m 24 years old. I’m currently looking for a new possible flatmate to take over my current flatmates tenancy from 27th June until the end of the year.

About the flat:

Located in a lovely residential building enclosed by a nature reserve, this is a two bedroom apartment. The advertised room is an en-suite with a bathtub and double bed. The kitchen has amenities such as 2 ovens, built-in fridge, dishwasher, hob, chimney and a washer. The TV shown in the picture is no longer here. The entire flat looks over the foliage from the reserve. The building itself is very secure and safe with codes required at entry points. There is also a lift.

The monthly rent is £850 excluding the bills, WiFi and council tax which amount to an additional £150-200.

The ideal flatmate:

I am looking for someone to rent this place for 6 months (until the end of this year), shorter tenancies will NOT be considered. I prefer someone who is organised, neat and tidy. Cleaning of the public spaces will be a shared responsibility between us two. Other than that ’m always down for a Netflix movie night, or hanging out in central over the weekends. I love visiting art galleries, parks, exhibitions, going to pubs and trying out new restaurants.
