I am the landlord. I am female and live with my son (22)(a student with his own accommodation in the top of the house) and two female students who share a bathroom with the occupier(s) of the twin room therefore only female please. Local transport - bus 134/43 382, 234 etc - Finchley Central - 10 mins by bus, Arnos Grove (bus 10 mins)and Southgate overland train direct to Highbury.
Lovely area - quiet and safe extremely well placed between Finchley, Whetstone, Muswell Hill and Southgate. Great bus routes, such as 43, 221, 134, 382 and also two stations, Arnos Grove (Piccadilly) and New Southgate (both about 10 mins by bus) overland with fast convenient. Services to Kings Cross and a short bus ride to Muswell Hill (great entertainment area) and night buses to central London through Camden, Tottenham Court Road and London Bridge.
We don't mind smokers but not in the house. There is a garden for use by smokers with a sheltered area. Ideal for student at Middlesex Uni as it is just over 1. 5 miles from here.
