Summer Short-Term Let- Queens Park/ Kensal Town

Hi! I am looking for two lovely people to move into my spare rooms in W10. The house is a cosy Victorian cottage on the Queens Park conservation estate, very close to the canal and a short walk from the lovely Queens Park.

The house is spread over two storeys with a good size well equipped kitchen (washer/dryer/ dishwasher etc), a large bathroom (with separate bath and shower), small living room (with TV) and lovely little garden. There is also wireless broadband and a burglar alarm. Room 1 (upstairs) is west facing onto the garden and is furnished with a double bed and a huge built in wardrobe with plenty of room for clothes etc. Room 2 also has a double bed and is on the ground floor facing the street. It is slightly bigger but has less storage space (photo coming soon).

It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Westbourne Park, 10 mins Queens Park and 13 mins Kensal Rise tube stations. Also about 10 mins walk to Portobello road and 12 mins on the bus to Notting Hill. It is about 35 minutes to get to Oxford Circus on the tube (door to door). There are loads of nice cafes, pubs, restaurants and food shops/supermarkets nearby. The house is located on a quiet residential street and there is a swimming pool/gym at the end of the road. There is a "Frame" gym, hot yoga and spinning classes about 5 mins walk away.

Rent for each room is £750 pcm and includes council tax, bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband, burglar alarm, tv) and the cleaning lady.

I am a super friendly Textile Designer working in Fashion who loves cooking, swing dancing and the good life. I am also the live-in landlord and so take care of most things. This is my home and I take a lot of pride in keeping the house nice. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and it is really important that you appreciate this and do too!

The rooms are available from the 1st June. There is a £750 security deposit .
