The flat is in a purpose built block, Council tax, and virgin fibre broadband are included. Gas and electric is on a key meter and I usually put £55 on each which we will split 50/50 with myself.

Included in the price are numerous sundries, including but not limited to; toilet roll, hand wash, laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and all cleaning products. "Spa style" soap, shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the shower.
