Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my current room starting from 4/5th May 2024 (flexible)

The Room & House:
It's a super spacious top floor ensuite in a 5-bed house with friendly professionals in their 20s. The room comes with a double bed, plenty of storage, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with a big shower (and two sinks!!)

The house comprises of:
-Modern kitchen with plenty of storage
-Lovely lounge with couch & TV
-Back garden, perfect for summer BBQ's
-Internet & TV license

All bills included EXCEPT council tax (band A).
Off-street parking permit is available from the council.

Location & Local Area:
The house is around less than 5-mins walk from Northfields tube station (on the Piccadilly line) and 25-minute walk (or 10-minute bus) from Ealing Broadway.

The local area has several vibrant bars, cafes, and restaurants that are within walking distance from the property. There are also many parks nearby if you want to dog-watch & have green spaces.

The housemates:
There are 4 other housemates, currently 3 females & 1 male. Super friendly group of people that are always down for a chat but everyone does their own thing too.
