Room in Notting Hill Flat (read description)

Room Availability Update: The shared room is not available until May 1st! I have 2 available rooms. One room that is available is to be shared. The other room is a private room that is not shared which is also available. The shared room contains 2 single beds, if you choose to share the room it will be about £850 per month (this is the per person price) please keep in mind that the shared room already has someone living in it, so if you choose to share you will be sharing a room with a 22 year old girl who is originally from Bulgaria and is an Artist that is currently working in hospitality. If you want you own room, I have a room available for £1650.

I'm Maher, 22 years old, currently pursuing my Masters Finance at Bayes Business School. I enjoy socialising and meeting new people, and I'm in search of a roommate who values cleanliness, motivation, and personal space.

I'm not into constant parties, but I'm cool with the occasional dinner or coffee with friends. I'm usually at university or studying with friends, so I appreciate coming back to a quiet and relaxed home. I wake up early on weekends, like to get out of the house, and stay productive.

Here's the lowdown on the place: it's a 2-bedroom duplex flat in Notting Hill with a great view of Hyde Park and London. It's less than a minute's walk from Notting Hill Station, well-connected with the central, circle, and district lines. The building is secure with 24/7 CCTV, a concierge, and supermarkets like M&S, Tesco, and Waitrose downstairs. There's a small balcony, and the living room and kitchen are downstairs, while the bedrooms and restrooms are upstairs. We've got 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.

Parking is sorted with a Kensington and Chelsea residence permit, allowing you to park anywhere in the borough.
