Minutes away from three underground lines (Hammersmith & City, Circle and Central) and well connected by several day and night bus routes. You would be within walking distance from all the amenities and facilities of Notting Hill and Portobello Road (two large excellent gyms are literally around the corner) as well as Holland Park and Avondale Park.

The flat itself is pleasantly simple, fully furnished IKEA style and kept clean and tidy (weekly professional cleaning is included). It benefits an open plan lounge-kitchen, bathroom (shower only) a balcony, which comes quite handy during the spring summer season a small storage space and is relatively quiet (considering is a block of flats). The available bedroom is a nice size, with a double bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, overlooking the communal garden.

I, myself, am a male professional and fairly relaxed individual, looking for a male flatmate that like me is rather independent, organised, considerate and respectful of other people's space and privacy.
