It is a good landing pad if your just arrived in town and looking for long term accommodation. It is easier to have a base to look from rather than travelling in and out of London to view properties, especially as they can be taken quickly.
Or it may suit you if your moving through on your travels, or coming to London to do a course, or just on holiday!
