It is a bright double room (with a King Size bed). The furniture has been upgraded since the photo (2 chests of drawers, wardrobe, office chair. Larger desk/ couch (if you have a preference). Very close to the famous Portobello Road market, bars and restaurants. Quiet street, in a stylish building.

I have references from previous lodgers which you are welcome to ask me for.

Convenient location, with Notting Hill gate tube (central line) in walking distance, and a Westbourne Park (hammersmith/ circle line) only 3 small blocks away.

You will be sharing the flat with 1 male (that's me). In the kitchen, you are welcome to use the Microwave and the toaster. I prefer a lodger who doesn't cook. Free Cable TV can be set up in your room, on request; there's no living room. Wifi is very fast.

Who I am looking for:
Someone who works full time, and won't be in the flat during weekdays. (Since I'm self employed).
Non smoker pref.
In your 20's or early 30's
