3 months minimum. Room is getting freshly painted. Right in the middle of Notting Hill.

Large, spacious double bedroom in a lovely three-level Victorian house situated just around the corner from the lively Portobello road markets, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. There are several gyms within easy walking distance.

The house has a large, modern eat-in kitchen, large living/dining room with polished floorboards, two bathrooms and an outdoor patio area. The bedroom is fully furnished with two built-in wardrobes. You’ll be sharing the house with three professionals (Karen, Abby and John). Great space for socialising, however this is not a party house (non-smoking house).

Six weeks deposit and one month’s rent upfront is required, plus a work reference. Estimated bills average around £50 per month (inc. council tax, water rates, gas, electricity, and wireless internet, cleaner and general cleaning products). 3 Months minimum stay.

We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly, however this is not a serviced apartment. The cleaner is paid £40 and it is rotated by each person. We are only looking for someone who is honest and trustworthy, clean and tidy and is willing to share the daily household tasks.
